I bowl every wednesday on a league. Anyways after bowling my stomach feels like I did a ton of sit ups. Maybe it's how I throw the ball or something. Anyways it's still fine right?!? Having had a m/c before I don't want to take any risks. Not even minor ones.

If your stomach hurts anyway after bowling, maybe you need to look at your posture, and your method, maybe use a lighter ball.
But if it hurts your stomach then I wouldn't recommend that you carry on, you wanna protect that baby as much as possible.
