Well the first thing i'd suggest, is go to a dermatologist. But somethimes being stressed out causes most break outs. Drink more water and not too much greasy food. That helped me. I had read an article that said that people who tend to meditate or pray 20 min a day have less stress and clearer complexions! Hope this helps a bit!

Facial Bumps
I was a facialist for 20 years.. If your bumps are white or black heads, here's what you do..

If you don't have a facial steamer, make one. Boil a pot of water (be careful) once the water has boiled, remove it from the stove and place it on the table. Get a towel, put it over your head and steam your face for at least 15 minutes. Once your pours are open gently squeeze the white/black heads. (no long nails/or dirty nails-can cause infection) may have to be repeated a few times a week. Then rinse with cold water. Use an astringent to help close the pores again. Drink lots of water!!!

Detoxifying your body couldn't hurt, but most forms of acne are bacterial. And some of forms of these bacteria are harder than that to get rid of. But like I said it couldn't hurt. Also enzyme supplements are suppose to help detoxify and promote better general health. You may want to try that too!

Thank you for asking at Ehealth forum!

I read your question and I understand your concern.
Avoid soaps and toilet on face. Do regular excercise. Use zinc supplements. Use topical clindamycin in mild cases for recommended period of time.
I hope it helps. Stay in touch with your healthcare provider for further guidance as our answers are just for education and counselling purposes and cannot be an alternative to actual visit to a doctor.
