Was curious if using an inversion table would effect high blood pressure.

inversion tables and blood pressure
I bought an inversions table and after one week my blood pressure dropped - I don't ask why, it just does; at least for me

One possible mechanism is that inversion takes pressure off the medulla oblongata. The cranial nerves 9 and 10 that go through here innervate the kidney, and compression of these have been linked to hypertension.

On the other hand, if your blood pressure is poorly controlled, inversion may cause pressure in the cranial arteries to increase to the point of causing hemorrhaging. So be careful and consult with your doctor!
