Welcome to e health forum.

From the history, it seems that you have developed a chronic skin ulcer following a insect bite.

Some insect bites (especially spiders, ticks, etc) can cause infections like tularemia, lyme disease, etc) which can also present as skin ulcers and sometimes they can persist for longer durations.

Other systemic diseases like Diabetes mellitus can present similarly with ulcers , following a insect bite, and persist as a non-healing ulcer.

For the time being medications like Advil can help with the inflammation and aid quick healing. Iching can be managed with medications like benadryl.

It would be highly recommended for you to consult with your doctor to get a complete evaluation so that the cause can be diagnosed and proper treatment be given.

I hope this helps.
