I have tremors in my left thumb for 2 days now.It comes and goes no matter what activity i'm performing, and even when i'm resting and not moving at all. I suspect it's due to over-activity lately, but after trying to find out more on the web i'm concerned it's something more serious.
Can you please help me?

If that is all you're experiencing, you have little to worry about. If it persists over the course of weeks, or worsens/spreads, then it may warrant the attention of a doctor.

Tremors are relatively common and are not necessarily indicative of disease.
