Manaul juice
i'd tried this over summer and found it great.

2 bananas
1 mango
1 redbull

Make juice out of the bananas and mango using a juicer or a food processor

fill it up in the container to drink and add around 1/5 redbull(or as much as you want)

serve chilled.

hi i am Kajur ! i am 23 year old , i normally have a Banana shake and dates every morning n some times milk with honey in it . it is really healthy
Morning
1. cup a milk with honey
2. dates
3. oats
Afternoon
1. healthy sub sometimes with vegetables n meat
2. water in plenty
Night
1. light food whichever u like to have
