Hello, any help on the following will be greatly appreciated.

I am a 28 year old male in good health and I work in a busy it role.

About 6 months ago I went to bed and had a 'sudden' strange feeling of what I can only describe as pressure in my head. This feeling/headache has not gone away, it has been constantly there for the last 6 months, it does tend to get worse when I am busy/stressed.

My doctor said it was because of the work I do. In short I corrected my posture, removed caffeine from my diet, tried a few drugs (amitriptlyne and then a beta blocker) none of which made any difference. I then saw a specialist who said he thought I was ok and to come back in a few months (said I could have a mri scan to put my mind at rest!).

It's such a strange feeling and it does not stop me from physically doing anything, although if I shake my head from side to side I get a feeling like a very mild crmap around my brain! This makes it uncomfortable to go running.

I have also seen a specialist who straightened my spine and relaxed my neck muscles - all very nice but did not effect this underlying issue. It is not a headache as such as I can distinguish between one of those and this feeling.

What can I do, help!!??!!

Check on-line for ces machines (cranial electro.......... Stimulation) they're small you use them say 1-2 times a day while reading watching tv whatever & they help alot of things, stress, headaches, mood disorders, sleep problems etc.

Also you should consider whether anything had changed >> new work location (even in same office) new heating/cooling, new desk/chair, new computer, food changes, new furniture (or bed?) at home, anything??

Have you tried yoga or something like that? Have you asked your Dr. About migranes as their are a lot of good meds out their now you might think of having an mri or a cat scan to see if they show anything.
What is a busy it role?
Sincerely,
sandy
