What do the numbers mean to the right of the foods?

Should people diagnosed with asthma avoid foods other than these?

My name is Hanan ; I do agree with the post above and I suggest you to learn more about the Black Seed. Learn about its properties and scientific research. It's truly the best cure for asthma.

Black Seed has been revered as a medicinal herb for over 3000 years for a wide range of healing capabilities. It is now receiving serious attention in the West as scientific research is finding startling facts of how powerful and beneficial Black Seed is for a vast array of diseases. Since 1959, over 200 studies have been carried out at international universities and articles published in various journals have shown remarkable results supporting Black Seeds traditional uses. Recent research on the black seed as an anti-biotic, anti-tumour, anti-inflammatory, anti-histaminic, anti-bacterial, anti-bronchial and immune boosting agent has shown great promise.

Regards
Hanan

Natural Asthma cure
There are some phenomenally helpful herbs out there for asthma. As well as Black Cohosh, do some research on Google about Funtumia elastica. It's the bark of a gum tree from Ghana. It has some incredible results.
