If you're having some chest pain when running, try to make it looser by walking Smile dont force it

I have the same problem occasionally and I am one who always breathes through his nose even if I have a bad cold with a stuffy nose! I now think this has got to do with indigestion and flatulence more than anything else though it scared me the firs time. I never get it with "jogging on ths spot" or with weight lifting. It is only when you run on the road.

Yesterday I ran for the first time in years, I'm pretty consistent with other forms of exercise. I ended up not feeling well all day, I had a strange tight feeling in my chest, laying down helped. I ended up taking an aspirin, and finally fell asleep. It was kind of a scary experience- hopefully it was just a result of not running in so long.
