Polycystic Ovary Syndrome - Psoriasis - Bipolar Disorder

I have all three of these and the symptoms are so similar I'm hoping I only have one of these diseases instead of all three?!?

I've been trying to have a baby for three years now. I have a loving and very supportive husband and a beautiful 7 year old little girl. I really want to have a baby so my daughter has a sibling and so my husband has a child of his own (he adopted my daughter after we got married).

I don't have any health insurance and treatment is very expensive (we live in San Diego, CA). Is there anything I can do????

Confused

Hello.
Welcome to this forum.
Not the other two,but poly-cystic ovary is a problem regarding your fertility status.Weight reduction, regular exercise as well as maintaining a healthy lifestyle are needed here but specific treatment like ovulation induction is the mainstay for achieving pregnancy. So,you might need a fertility specialist's opinion for achieving success.
Hope I can address your query. Please visit your doctor if there is any further confusion as without a clinical examination it is not possible to opine through an online medical forum.
