Pulsating Tinnitus with throbbing head and dizziness (Page 2)

Rarely pulsatile tinnitus can be caused by more serious problems -- aneurysms, increased pressure in the head and hardening of the artery. A vascular tumor such may fill the middle ear, or a vein similar to a varicose vein may make enough noise to be heard. Pulsatile tinnitus is classically due to a small blood vessel that is connected by fluid to your ear drum. It is naturally not anything serious and also terminal.
