It's been a month now and I still have been constipated. My stomach still has been really gasy, I burp a lot and about two days ago I had really runny diarrheia. I have been feeling very full and hardly ever hungry. I also I got sick yesterday morning and I don't know why. When I have a bowel movement, I have lots of mucus in it. Please, can anyone tell me what could be wrong with me?

Colon Cleanse
Angela ~ I hope by now you are no longer constipated. I am not a doctor, but it sounds to me as if you have a toxic colon.

The body creates mucus and uses this mucus as a filter. The surfaces of the digestive tract that absorb the nutrients from food become covered with mucus film that protects blood from toxins. The mucus film begins at the tongue and continues all the way through the intestines.

Many people can see this mucus on their tongue. People who have a thick mucus coating on their intestines usually have white tongues. It almost looks like a fur coat.

If your diet consists of white foods (sugar, flour, rice), processed foods, fast food, soda, etc., you probably have a dirty colon.

You might want to do some research about colon cleansing.

Be well,
