Tryin to Establish 'normal' Eating

(if uve read my post about my eating disorder then u should know I am posting this in relation) but this is what ive eatin today. .Does it seem pretty 'normal'? Its hard for me to establish normal eating plans. Im trying to eat healthy too of course.

Break fast- grain cereal with milk and peice of veggie sausage.
Snack- apple
lunch- vegetable soup
snack-apple again and some baked chips
dinner-veggie stirfry (brown rice) and 2 tbs peanut butter for protein.

O yea, and a popsicle today.

Equals 1,700 calories...Maybe 1,750 (im a counter) so pretty close to 1,800. My doctor says I should eat from 1800-2,200 cals. What do u think? Seem okay? A little less protein then normal today but im goin to buy some veggie burgers and veggie sausages again tomorrow. Thanks for ur help!!

Im glad I stayed within my cal range today tho.. Ive been goin over and overeating sometimes. .I do it whenever im too stressed which im trying to quit.

That's how I am now. I've always been a "counter" (except when I was pregnant). I took your advise and stopped starving myself (especially since I might be preggers). I'm still dieting though until I find out. I think you're plan sounds good. It seems pretty heathly. I'm no expert obviously, but it does sound like you have a pretty good idea of what's good and bad. Sounds like a good meal plan to me chicka!

I guess from the cal. Method its normal. I was told to go by the food guide recomendations which will make me healthy and fit (but that also includes excercising) its the canadian food guide and it tells you how many servings you should have from each group per day..Do you have something like that where you live? Lol I dont know...If your intake was around the recommended amount given to you by your doctor it should be normal!
