Ok, I just want to compare what everyone eats in a day..Hopefullythis will get me to stop eating so damn much...Label if ur preg. Or not and if u are, how far u are and then what u ate today so far..U can come back later and edit your post and add some if u eat more or whatever..Im just going to do what ive eaten so far and ill add everytime I eat! Lol..Just something fun for me to do..Weirdo..Lol.

If you take the cookie, reeses, chocolate and pizza out, id say you were doing good!!!! Woman eat better!!!!! No junk food!

I had kix for breakfast with non-fat milk
im munchin on salitine crackers for a snack
im havin chicken rice for lunch

see...Healthy. Plus I drink lots and lots of water.

Haha ur not at home all the time either..I have full acess to the kitchen 24/7! Lol..If I was working I would b fine...Lmao..Im gonna try..Someone stole all my easter candy..I cant find it !!! I think my mom jacked it!

Haha good! You dont need the candy! Thats more pounds that will go to your butt! Work doesnt matter, I was at home on the weekend and I have jello and fruit when I was hungry. I had a plum a pear and my jello. You can eat healthy, you just have way too much junk food at home

Ok well start buying fruit. Get alot of the kinds you like. Im not big on some fruit but I get alot of pears, plums and mangos. Sometimes bananas. Crackers, jello and yogurt. When you want a chocolate, have some chocolate milk instead. Eat more jello and fruit and drink more water. The more water you drink, the less you retain. Get orange juice and other healthy foods. No sweets. Ignore what noah has. And walk more, walk in place, walk around the house, keep busy so you wont have to eat. Eat veggies too even though you dont like them!

:d im lazy, but I gotta cook for my hubby Confused O well .. But he works most of the time so il stuff my face in the mean time with lots .. And lots .. Wow, lots of water , raviolli, spaghetti .. Um .. Wink occasional piccadillo with frijoles negros and arroz blanco *white rice black beans and ground beef* im cuban, remember that. Lol , lots of bistec * steak * gatorade .. Chicharros .. My boyfriend is nica so I have lots of carne asada , and that dry nica food his mom sends us Mad hehe, but I live .. Lots and lots and lots of mcadies and bk .. Tako bell mmm chalupas.. Lol pizza hut .. But im on prenatal pills and I dont drink coffee o dont smoke or do drugs ... And I dont drink coke or no soft drinks with caffeine .. U kno u kno .. I like tuna melts 2 .. Mmm.. Im hungry .. Gotta go !! Lol 1 luv

pancakes(2) with 1 tsp of butter, and low fat or sugar free syrup
sausage/bacon(4 links or strips)
eggs(2 or 3)
large glass of milk
small glass of juice

breakfast two
breakfast burritos(2) make with egg , sausage, cheese and salsa
shredded potatoes(1 medium) in light frying oil
fresh fruit(1 cup) strawberries, kiwi, bananas, watermelon, whatever floats your canoe! Laughing
large glass of milk
small glass of juice

breakfast three
bowl of hot or cold cereal
toast(2 slices) 1 tsp of butter, jam is desired
fresh fruit(1 cup)
large glass of milk
small glass of juice

lunch one
btl(1) toast bread, add bacon, lettuce and tomato. Optional- onion, mayo (1 tsp), cheese
baked seasoned fries, very very light touch of seasoned salt
large piece of fruit
large glass of milk or juice
small glass of milk or juice

lunch two
tuna melt(1) toast bread, add tuna and cheese
small side of chips
large piece of fruit
large glass of milk or juice
small glass of milk or juice

lunch three
club sandwich(1) french roll, ham, turkey, bologna. Optional- lettuce, tomato, cheese, mayo or mustard(1 tsp)
side bowl of soup- vegetable beef or potato soup

dinner one
chicken or shrimp alfredo
portion of veggies recommended- broccoli, cooked carrots or peas

Lol im not gonna post yesterdays meals but today was

bf= 1 bowl of banana nut crunch cereal w/skim milk

snack= salt & vinegar chips Embarassed im bad

lunch= cabbage soup and a reuben sandwhich I had lunch with my sis

snack= 3 hard boiled eggs from yesterday lol and some peanuts and whatever else I could get my hands on

dinner= I had some lamb. (my fam is albanian so they eat that all the time and I was there for dinner) with potatoes, bread and rice all carbs im a carb junkie.

And right now I am having a vanilla shake from mcdonalds lol and its 11 p.M.
