Because I am pretty sure Suzy can defend herself.

Thank you. I thought I was the only one to see this.

Lol. I have always and will always tell it like it is. I happen to have first hand knowledge on the subject and don't believe a word that comes out of Suzy's mouth

Exactly!!!!!! We are allowed to have our own opinions!!!!!!

Why was it ok for her to say something rude to Suzy but I can't say something back to defend her.

dont tell somebody to *check themselves* for giving their opinion, or u wont be welcome here.. this is, after all, a forum of opinions.

Secondly, Suzy is being ignorant. Shes ignoring the advice of people who know better.. just like she would be ignorant for not getting surgery if a doctor recommended it.

It all boils down to respect for other peoples opinions.

Have some please.

And all I was trying to say is that I think that she will see what works for her and doesn't work once the baby comes. I don't think that she was comparing children to dogs I think that she was just trying to say that "time" is really an excuse.

That's it

Sorry for all the arguing......I hope we can all move on.

Ditto!! But when I said something I was accused of attacking her.

Thanks girls. I tried to do what was best, but it backfired Sad

Lets hope Suzy grows up before it's too late and something happens.

And FYI, dogs are not at all comparable to children. How ignorant!

its ok..

everyone else saw it as her comparing a dog to a baby.
Which they are nothing alike and do not require the same amount of attention.

Ur right, she will see.

Once she is out of Travis's moms house, has no help at all, and has todeal with a baby and 4 dogs, she'll understand and will be coming in here asking for advice.

We all learn from our mistakes, and grow from them.
We have to let her make mistakes.

Sandy...Suzy wasn't asking for advice about her dogs..........Michelle was the original poster. People turned this around onto Suzy. telling her that she won't be able to handle it. How do we know what she can handle. Just because someone has been through it and couldn't handle it doesn't mean that she can't. Nobody knows that but her. Everyone had different capabilities.

I understand that this is a place where people give their opinions and come for advice. But Suzy never asked for the advice. Plain and simple. That is why I wanted people to give her a break.

Sorry if you took my post about checkin yourself the wrong way. I just felt bad that she was implying that Suzy was a fool or that she was stupid. It is Suzy's right to her opinion just as it is everyone elses's.
