Question About the Tying of Tubes.

I had the operation to have my tubes tied 3 yrs ago. Recently I have been doing a lot of changes. I am putting on a couple of pounds seems like a wk or 2, and my stomach is growing forward not side to side, I am moody and I can not get enough to eat. Meaning no matter how much I eat I am still hungry, I cant get cooled off and cant sleep much. Im going to a doc but just wanted to see if someone else thought what my mom is thinking. Please help.. Confused

Thank you for asking at Ehealth forum!

I read your question and I understand your concern.
Do not confuse these symptoms as pregnancy changes as you can not be pregnant after tubal ligation. You might have other hormonal disorders or stress inside you.Go to your doctor and get a checkup regarding your vital profiles like weight gain, blood pressure, blood sugar levels and of course a thyroid testing.
I hope it helps. Stay in touch with your healthcare provider for further guidance as our answers are just for education and counseling purposes and cannot be an alternative to actual visit to a doctor.
Take care
