How Do I Improve the Quality of My Eggs

I am 39. We have been trying for 4 years without success. I had IVF twice, both times with only a few eggs. My doctor said because I am getting older and the quality of my eggs are not as good as if I were younger. How do I improve the quality of my egss? Thank you for your time. Annamviet
