How come I get uti's all the time

There can be any number of reasons from unsafe sex with multiple partners, to washing in water that isn't really clean, to not washing yourself often enough or thoroughly enough in that area, to wearing underwear that either isn't clean or is washed in something your body reacts badly to (try changing washing powder), to heat & sweat (perhaps changing underwear more often eg morning, noon & night would help if it's that) also some women react badly to nylon (or underwear that's not 100% cotton) so consider that, plus if you're using condoms it may be a reaction to them or to a spermicidal cream.

Actually I have a friend who gets uti's all the time, and the doctor cannot figure out why.. He said she is the healthiest person he's seen.
