Natural Cure For High Cholesterol And Triglycerides

Hi all just want to put some info on high cholesterol, cause I'm a sufferer.

Good cholesterol (High density Lipoprotein) should be greater than 35 mg/dl and Triglycerides should be less than 200 mg/dl

Natural Remedies For High Cholesterol is the fruit, vegetables, fish.
Eat tons of those and the levels will lower in days.
