Top of stomach hard and painful

The top of my stomach goes hard and painful which radiates to my chest and ribs, also this causes me to have diareha. My gp has not done any tests and tells me its nothing but im really suffering now. Any advice please? Also only seems to happen of a night when im relaxing. I have been rushed into hospital it has gotten that bad but they do an ecg then send me home completly ignoring my stomach pain

Thnaks for using this forum...

You are a smoker and with stomach ache..seems to be lot of gastric ulcers..its possible to have diarrhoea with this pain...You need to be evaluated with sonography of abdomen and upper gi endoscopy for diagnosis..and need to be given more dose of lansoprazole and as well some antacids...
