took a day after pill, but didnt take it correctly so...

Sore nipples? had unprotected sex with my husband and took a day after pill, but didnt take it correctly so now, 2 weeks later my nipples are sore is this a sign of me possiby being pregnant or is this too soon?

It is very difficult to say whether you are pregnant or not. Breast or nipple pain can be a symptom of fibroadenosis, water retention during premenstrual phase, hormonal effect of the emergency pill or due to infection. Please wait until your next due date of periods, and if you miss them take a test and see. These pills can either delay periods or cause early withdrawal bleed, so repeat after a week too and see. If you don't get your periods and pregnancy test continues to be negative, please consult your gynecologist to find the cause. Hope this helps. Take care!
