Too soon for my one baby to drop??

I am 25 weeks pregnant with identical twin boys one of the babies has already dropped.. Is it too soon for him to drop?? I have already been having contractions and lower back pain... And little amounts of milk has been coming out of my right nipple.. This pregnancy is taking sooo much out of me..

Dropping doesn't mean much. Just that the position of the baby is lower. How do you know only one baby 'dropped'?

Because I can feel and see that he is kicking much much lower... It feels like he just wants to come out.. Thanks for responding..

He may have just changed position. Dropping is when the baby is engaged into the pelvic floor. But with low kicks, it sounds like maybe he is head up and feet down.
