What can too much crying do to you??
I've been with my ex for 11 months then I found out he's been cheating on me all along.
He was my whole entire life.
It's been about 7 months since we broke up and I still cry every every every single night.
I sometimes feel like I can't breathe from how much I cry.
My eyes become so so red and I feel dizzy.
What can that do to me ?

Please don't cry alone...
You probably won't have any long-term effects from the crying itself, but 7 months is too long to suffer like that. PLEASE see a certified counselor who can help you learn some techniques to cope with situations that threaten to knock you off track. It sounds like you are suffering from a depression. Counseling can help you begin to work your way out.
