TOO Much Antioxidants a Bad Thing? (Page 2)

Companies Cashing in on Antioxidants Band Wagon
Too much of anything is always bad. I just wish that these companies stop jumping on the band wagon in order to boost their sales. They should educate the public properly and advertise accordingly. I read about the truth of antioxidants in a book called "Bad Science". It really put a lot of things in perspective as regard to products claiming to be all good and no harm.

Hello friends!

Can you help me with this? I have been sugested to use an antioxidant, but im not sure if it is safe. It is called max one glutathione. Have any of you had any experience with it or another product of Max Internacional? Thank you!

i'm not sure you can get too much of antioxidants. if anything the surplus should be naturally disposed of by your body, shouldn'it?
