My wife's tongue is turning yellow and it looks like ripped up she brushes her teeth everyday
And also her toes she developing fungi on her toes I'm not sure if this is the correct section to post if not can you please redirect me in the right section thank you

I read your question and i understand your concern. Yellowish discoloration of tongue despite good oral hygiene needs to be looked at and addressed. Talk to an oral hygienist, or a dentist, let them have a look, take some scrapes for assessment and diagnose it accordingly.
