I have little red dots the size of the tip of a house key on my tongue and it’s spreading everywhere

The dots that you described on your tongue could be related to a number of conditions if they are painful than Aphthous ulceration would be a consideration. Oral thrush and herpes labialis should also be looked for and the oral cavity / lips need to be examined for any associated lesions. If there is clinical suspicion of a lesion that is not well defined and spreading rapidly then a brush biopsy can also be considered in consultation with your doctor
