Toe corn is white and soft but the center has a hole

My toe developed at corn and I'm nervous it will be infected.I tried doctor scholls corn remover but this caused a problem,the corns surrounding skin is white and soft but the center has a hole burrowed in from the acid and part of the center of the corn is hard and grey.what should I do ?should I go to my local urgent care?

The wounds needs care, dressing and management and that all needs a visit to ER or consult to an orthopaedist. Also work up would be needed to sort out any hyperuricemia or any wound healing delayers etiology like diabetes etc.
