Tiredness low b12, folic acid...

I've a gamma gt of 147 low b12 vitamin d and folic acid combined what do they suggest? Rolling Eyes

I read your question and i understand your concern. The low levels of b12 and folates are easily replaceable with supplements and b12 injections. You should eat foods rich in these sources. Fresh green leafy vegetables and animal products like meat, egg liver etc are some rich sources.
