Tiredness and Joint pain, increase in hemoglobin

I'm 28 years old. For last 6 months I'm frequently feeling tired and getting joint pain in knee. My hemoglobin count was 16.9 gm/dL 7 months ago. Now it is 17.3 gm/dL. Is the increase in hemoglobin count is reason behind this?

It could be, its polycythemia and that may predispose to such pains. get assess and get a vascular assessment. DOnate blood on regular basis every 3 months. Take NSAIDs and get assessed with a complete blood smear picture for the better evaluation.
