Tired and body aches when waking

I am posting here for my wife, we've been together for about 4 months now, and I am trying to figure some health issues out for her.
So apparently for the last 10 years, she's been waking up every morning feeling horrible. She is exhausted, her body aches, she has horrible headaches. And all of this is much worse if she takes napes, if she takes a nap, most of the time she wakes up in so much pain that she just lays there sobbing (she doesnt take naps very often).

She is 28, she is fairly healthy in all other regards, she eats health and is fairly active.
She has been to multiple doctors to try and find out what is wrong, but no one has been able to help her at all. About 5 years ago she just gave up with trying to figure it out, and decided to just live with it.
Does anyone have suggestions?

Hello and welcome to EHF !

I went through your query and i think this headache should first be evaluated for any organic cause like cluster headache, arteritis, migraine, tth and if every thing clears out then use of amitriptyline and mood stabilizers should be tried. Let your doctor decide what is best for her.

Take care
