I'm tired all the time no matter how much sleep I get I also feel nausa after i eat and sometimes vommit there is no way I can be pregnant why do I feel this way

Welcome to ehealthforum

Your symptoms could be suggestive of Liver disorder if not pregnant.Other causes are Thyroid disorder,drug use etc.
Consider visiting a Physician for clinical examination to rule out symptoms and signs of liver dysfunction.Also request for investigations as LFT and Thyroid function tests.
