I've had a tiny lump...? It's on my upper butt.
It's round and has my skin colour and light teal in the middle. It's raised and is hard. I've had it for minimum 2.5 years now.
It does get itchy at times and irritated.
Should I be concerned about this or just leave it be?

Welcome to e health forum.

The lesion described here appears to be a skin wart.

Warts are local growths in the skin that are caused by human papillomavirus (HPV) infection. There are over 100 types of HPVs.

HPV types that are responsible for common skin warts and are not associated with cancer.

Hence you need not worry about your current wart turning out to be cancer.

In case of doubt, consult your doctor or a dermatologist and seek proper clarification.

I hope this helps.
