Tingly numness sensation on my faceafter a nap?

I have a lot of stress not sure if through stress but at times I get some kind of headaches I can\'t stanD and can\'t consentrate at worK. I feel very bad so I go take an early lunch so I can go take a nap in my car and take 3 advils. I notice I will go to sleep about 10 to 15 min when I wake up my headache is completely gone and I fell so relaxed but I will have this. Tingly numness sensatiokn on my right side of my face. Is the from stress or nerves? What do u think causes that?

Hello and thank you for your post on e health forum.

From the history and the symptoms provided, it seems that you might be having tension headache.

Taking OTC NSAIDs like ibuprofen for a few days, might be helpful to reduce the symptoms.

Adequate sleep and rest will be helpful.

If the pain is intolerable, then you might consult a doctor for a physical examination and specific treatment.
