Tingling in right arm going to right breast

Hi i am a 43 year old mother of three children. The youngest is 18, i have been having a tingling sensation in my right arm. It goes from the elbow to my right breast. There is no pain just this weird tingling. Do you have an idea of what it is and do i need to make an appointment with my doctor?

There are several intercostobrachial nerves that give sensation to the inner part of the upper arm. These nerves pass out of the chest wall, and run through the armpit area on their way to the arm. Anything that puts pressure on these nerves can cause pain or tingling or numbness in this area.

You might ask your doctor to have a look at your armpit area.
