Hey everyone. As you can see in the subject title, Im more tight on my right side than my left side. It is not just one major muscle group though. My tightness actually spread. Im tighter in EVERY single muscle on my right side. Examples like neck, back, lat, tricep, forearm, quad, hamstring, calf, etc... Does anyone else have had or have this problem? What kind of advice can you give me besides stretching? This is a problem ive suffered for about two years now. Its such a frustrating injury. three years ago I had growing pains/ tendonitus in my left knee. so every doctor told me i was favoring my right side, but it should get better over time. its not getting better and im convinced something is wrong. thank you in advance. -mark-
