I am reviewing results from my thyroid Ultrasound. Should I be concerned for Rt thyroid measure 4.2x1.5x2.22cm, thyroid isthmus 3mm thick, Rt thyroid lobe midpole 1.5x1x1.1 hypoechoic solid vascular nodule found. Left thyroid measure 4.3x1.3x1.9

I am not sure what all this means? Can someone explain this and is there need for concern?

Thank you for asking at Ehealth forum!

I read your question and i understand your concern. Ultrasound shows a thyroid nodule, it needs further work up to find out the nature of the nodule and then managed accordingly.

I hope it helps. Stay in touch with your healthcare provider for further guidance as our answers are just for education and counselling purposes and cannot be an alternative to actual visit to a doctor.
Take care
