Thyroid and infertility, let me know how to get pregnant

I am suffering from Thyroid 6.18.
Plz let me know how to get pregnant since I am trying from 8 months. I am 27 year old and found endometriosis problem very low.

I am taking thyroid pills as well since 1 month .should i go to check my thyroid again. or should i wait to know my pregnancy as I am expecting my period after 5 days.
Plz help me.

Hypothyroidism is a main reason for infertility and unless euthyroidism state is achieved fertility will be an issue. It becomes more when autoimmune is a cause for low thyroid hormones. Seek an endocrinologist and a fertility consultant for further management, It might need an assisted reproductive techniques to help you conceive,
