Welcome to the ehealthforum and I am really glad to help you out.

When you are eating something endorphins are released into the blood and increases parasympathetic neuronal activity. This causes the body to relax. Moreover there is neuroendocrine activity going on which causes release of hormones when you eat something which causes activation of centers of the central nervous system. This causes early satiety or feeling of fullness after eating.

Another reason for such symptoms may be duodenal ulcers or H. Pylori infection of the stomach. To rule it out you should get a stool test and urea breath test done.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and regards.
