Hi,
I am 36+4 and have horrible painful pelvic pressure for a few weeks now, i cant sit, stand or get outta bed myself, However my main concern in this pulsing feeling inmy lower spine.
Only lasts for about 15-30 secs but happens pretty often throughout the day and is very intense and uncomfortable.
Could this be due to the position of the baby? or something else?

I am also 36 weeks and having the same throbbing pain in my lower back to hips. My thoughts are some form of false labor contractions. Best of luck to you!
