I have a few painless lumps on the wall of my throat for over a year now and just recently noticed one or two tiny ones on my tonsils too. I'm very worried and don't understand why they aren't going away. What are all the possible diagnosis ? Should I be worried? If it's HPV related what symptoms should I be noticing? If it's cancer related what other symptoms should I start feeling?

Hello and welcome to EHF !

I went through your query and i think these nodes are benign and nothing to worry about. HPV needs to b screened for if there was any recent unprotected coitus. Let your doctor have a look and proceed accordingly.

Take care
