Hello doc . My lmp was on march 16th 2017 and i checked upt on april 20th and got a faint positive . Later around may 4th it was positive. Then i checked beta hcg and it was 420.then on 7th of may i started having brown discharge which turned to bright red on 8th. Did a scan and no sac was found(i should be 7 wks and 3 days acc to lmp). The endometrium was thick and heterogenous . There was a small corpus luteal cyst. Doc said it could be a threatened abortion and the sac can appear late in some women and to take susten for a weak and come back on 15th of may for a scan. My hcg fell from 420 to 315 . What is happening to me? Should i keeep any hopes? My os is closed so can it be an abortion fully??? Is there any chance that its all coming late and i can give birth to a healthy baby??? Iam bleedin with mild cramps since 8th of may but not a heavy bleeding . Its less than period bleed. Ia there a chance where my hcg could be lowerd because of bleeding and it can even rise later ?HELP

Hello,
I am sorry to say, as per your report, it is probably a missed miscarriage. This means, there was no fetus or sac despite of pregnancy. At around 7 weeks, you should have a fetus at that time and if not, it will not in future this time.Your falling beta-HCG also reflects the same.I suggest you to mmet any OBG consultant and you might need a curettage as you are bleeding still now.
