thoughts of hurting me and other people.

I have thoughts of hurting me and other people. The scenes play through my head. I already hurt insects and animals. I am so stressed and think negatively toward anything. I am always crying and feel drained. No one really notices as I wear a mask (pretending to be good, happy and friendly). What should I do?

You should seek professional help immediately. This is obviously causing yourself a lot of harm, and trauma. So please let someone help you. I'm sure there are many fine psychologists where you live who would be more then willing to help. Please take that step and help yourself get better Smile
