3 Thoracic lateral disc protrusions

What exercises would be most appropriate? (I have in mind, running, swimming, core strength, stretching)

Which might be best: yoga or pilates, or both?

What dietary recommendations are good? (I've found garlic, calcium, and vitamins C and D noted in my research)

Would a chiropractor be good for treating these conditions?

Thanks!

hi...cant help you on the diet but i wouldn't recommend you having exercise like yoga or pilates with disc protrusions unless it is under the care of a physical therapist who is reporting to a spinal surgeon....pete
