I stopped smoking over 10 years ago (after smoking for almost 16 years) and it occurred to me that sharing how I quit might help other people. After trying to quit cold turkey over a dozen times, I finally figured out how to do it so that it actually worked for me. I learned about the brain and how addiction works, and it really, really helped me figure out what aid to use and *how*.

Whatever you do, don't give up! You CAN do it, just don't give up on yourself!!!
