User Profile
October 5 was the last day of my cycle, & i also had sex. I would say a few days after i started getting symptoms like nipples were sore, very gassy, bloated , hot flashes (i was even having them in the middle of my sleep), frequently going to the bathroom (around oct.27&28 it was so bad i barely got any sleep, but i was also stressed. Also i got off the pill in August, & my stomach has not been right since. But i dont know what to think, because its now November & i came on my cycle oct 31-nov3 it seemed regular. But this feeling wont go a way. Right now im gassy, bloated, heavy lower abdominal, & frequently going to the bathroom (but then again i do drink alot of water). Am i pregnant? Withdrawing from the pill? Or could it be something else here

Am I Pregnant Answer A49977
Hello! Here is the answer to your query on eHealth forum!

Well, it is a very difficult to assess what could actually be wrong, but it quite possible that these are the side effects of coming off the pills. Also, it could be that you have polycystic ovaries which remained symptom-less due to pills. Other causes could be a UTI or IBS or thyroid disease or diabetes. Since a confirmed diagnosis cannot be given on net please consult your gynecologist and family doctor regarding this. Hope this helps. Take care!
