Thick flesh came out during period

I have been on zoely for the past three months and have been advised to skip the sugar pills as we have endometriosis in the family and I was showing symptoms. I've had some light to moderate bleeding the last week but The last two days I have had bleeding a little bit heavier and have had severe pain. This morning a circular, thick fleshy piece of what looks like meat came out and all the pain is gone. It is about the size of a flattened tennis ball. I am sexually active but don't think I was pregnant. I also just took a pregnancy test and came out negative. What could it be??

It is a piece of your uteru lining that did not break up. Most women will get this at least once in their lives. And yes, it is normally accompanied by extremely bad and painful cramps.
