There's no such things as faking.

People who are epileptic could not fake them even if they wanted to. There are all types of different auras that we have, and mine has always been my speech. But when someone says you playing games and you playing with your life. I'm like "really?"

I read your question and I understand your concern.
Yes,there are no delusions or fake things with epilepsy.
However,if it is accompanied by psychiatric illness like schizotypal disorder then these things exist.
