Hello,
Welcome to the ehealthforum and I am glad to help you out.

From your history and symptoms, there is a possibility that this leg pain is due to sciatica. However other causes should be ruled out which include include disc erosion, tightening of the piriformis muscle due to imbalances in the hip rotator muscles, and pain from nerve injury (neuropathy).

Imaging methods such as MR Neurography may help diagnosis. Hence it is best to get it evaluated from an orthopedician. Osteoarthritis should also be ruled out as it can also cause such symptoms.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
