The other day my boyfriend and I were fooling around on the couch. He penetrated my vagina for about 5 seconds. he didn't ejaculate, but precum could have been present. I had just gotten off my period the day before and my period lasted for about 7 days. I'm athletic so my periods usually come every 3-4 months. But it is now my off season and the last 2 cycles have been a regular 28 days. So according to my calculations I wasn't ovulating. My boyfriend hasn't ejaculated at all recently, and he peed right before we were fooling around. The day after this happened I left for a 3 and a half week vacation across the world. I've been stressing about the whole thing since. My period was supposed to come 2 days ago but it didn't. My breasts have also gotten slightly larger and harder, but not noticeably. My diets have changed and my schedule has changed. Could I be pregnant? What are the chances?

Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
The delay in periods could be due to environment changes, changes in sleep and eating habits, time zone changes etc. The chances of pregnancy also cannot be ruled out as you get closer to your fertile days/ovulation time after finishing with your periods. If pre-cum or semen has come in contact with vagina, chances of pregnancy cannot be ruled out as sperms can stay alive for about 3-4 days once they are inside you (as suggested by symptoms of delayed periods, breast changes etc). Wait and watch for your next periods. If you do not start with periods within 10 days of expected period dates or if you develop any new symptoms suggestive of early pregnancy, visit your doctor/gynecologist for further examination (to confirm pregnancy related changes/signs in body) and blood/serum HCG level test (to confirm/rule out pregnancy accurately). Take adequate rest. Drink plenty of water. Maintain healthy diet.
If pregnancy gets ruled out and if you intend to remain sexually active, consider visiting your gynecologist to get started on suitable regular birth control measures to be protected (after your periods). Be regular with birth control use as instructed. Avoid having unprotected sexual contact.
Take care.
