What do you believe the cause of brachioradial pruritus is? Sun or Cverical issues?

I appreciate your concern

It could be a sun burn. However , it would have been more helpful if you could have uploaded an image of the rash. For now you could apply calamine lotion on the rash and consult a dermatologist for further management.
